There are men that put in more than forty-hour workweeks.

Having to work is something that we all have to do but men like to feel needed and sometimes work is the only place that they can have this gratification. Women need to adjust and realize that a man's career is something that is not to be taken for granted. He is working hard to be what he wants and the woman needs to respect that.

No one wants to feel left out and it is important to make sure that the man is going to feel like he is truly loved and that the feelings you have for him are genuine. The same will usually go for a woman. She needs to have affection and love in the same way to be secure. Being insecure is nothing to be ashamed of. There are many people that are not secure in their relationships. However it is necessary to work hard at it and make the transition from being insecure to secure. The feelings are going to be different for both men and women.
